At the heart of Talia's commitment to its natural beauty and growing amenities is the Talia Residents Association (TRA), a vital resource for residents. The TRA is key to ensuring that our community remains as strong, beautiful, and interconnected as it was originally designed.

TRA Dues

SINGLE FAMILY HOMES:

Talia Residential Master Assessments are currently $430 per quarter.

Spectrum Assessment of $135 per quarter is included in the Master Assessment.

Total: $430 per quarter

TOWNHOMES:

Talia Townhome Association Assessments are currently $1,408 per quarter.

Townhome Assessment of $978 per quarter included.

Talia Master Assessment of $430 included which includes Spectrum.

TOTAL: $1,408 per quarter.

Stephanie is a mother of two wonderful kids, ages 21 and 20, and has been married for 20 years. She also has a 7-month-old puppy who keeps the family on their toes at all times. Stephanie worked in the healthcare field before transitioning to HOA management, where she has enjoyed eight years of experience. She is committed to serving her communities and passionate about the work she does, enjoying every opportunity to work with homeowners and bring strong customer service skills to each interaction. Stephanie focuses on building trust, solving problems, and ensuring every homeowner feels supported, understood, and valued.
